What's With the Magpies
Cricket, Chris, and John are all adamant TTRPG players. They all played in a campaign together and one day they needed a cover story for why they were in a specific part of town and with out hesitation Crickets fairy chimed in claiming it was because we are part of the Misbehaving Magpies Traveling Circus and we are looking for our next performance location...and she rolled a Nat 20 on persuasion.
From that day forward their group became known far and wide across the lands as The Misbehaving Magpies. We even had an animated banner! So when Cricket presented this idea to John, Chris and Mike the obvious choice for a name needed to be focused around Magpies. Not only are The Misbehaving Magpies the best preforming group the Sword Coast has ever seen but magpies are known for their creativity, ingenuity, they are also a symbol of joy and the lighter side of life. And that is what books are, creativity and an escape, something to bring us joy and lift our spirits through words... So Magpie Audio Den was born.
